Originally from the Bay Area, Ty arrived in Santa Barbara to play college baseball at SBCC. Drawn to the coastal lifestyle and culture, he transferred to UCSB, earning his bachelor's degree in communication and his CA real estate license.

His experience in local property management, marketing, event planning, and high-end customer service paved the way for a career in residential real estate. When he joined Berkshire Hathaway, he worked with an experienced team, giving him hands-on experience in the luxury market. Operating as an individual agent in 2025, he proudly ranked in both the top 9% of agents globally and in the top 100 in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura Counties at BHHS.
